I know, I know: I've been back for 4 days now and no succinct thougts from the Faithful Practices Conference. Does it make a difference that we were just hit with our first snowstorm of this winter beginning Tuesday evening through Wednesday night? How about 15" of snow where there once was none? What about 6 hours or so of combined shoveling (I know, upper New York is looking and laughing at the wimpy amount of snow we have to deal with)? Digging out of a snow bank that was 4 feet tall and 5 feet long so that we could move our car?
Does it make a difference if I've managed to develop a cold over the last 2 days, too? No? Well...
